NBCC (India) has issued a tender for the Phase-II infrastructure development of the IIM Sambalpur permanent campus in Odisha. Valued at Rs 209.40 crore, the project will be executed on a turnkey EPC basis, covering all aspects of engineering, procurement, and construction. The scope includes modern academic and support facilities, which must be delivered in strict adherence to prescribed safety and quality standards. Interested parties must submit their bids by 04 August 2026.
